310-EPIC is the one number that tenants can always call for all of their service needs. Tenants have two ways of accessing the platform: they can call 310-EPIC and place a request with our service centre or they can make service requests through www.310EPIC.com.
Our system tracks and categorizes every call, which lets us trace the frequency of similar calls that may need further investigation. It’s a tool that provides us with better information, and helps us deliver better service.
