Epic Investment Services Announces Acquisition of CF Richmond Centre

TORONTO, ONTARIO – February 15, 2018 – Epic Investment Services, on behalf of a major Canadian pension fund, is pleased to announce the acquisition of a 50% interest in CF Richmond Centre, a 652,000 square foot retail centre located in Richmond, British Columbia.

Epic Investment Services provided investment advisory services on the transaction and is the asset manager for the project. Situated on a 40.4-acre site in close proximity to the Richmond-Brighouse Skytrain station, CF Richmond Centre is a dominant regional shopping centre with significant near-term mixed-use redevelopment upside of more than 2 million square feet in the Greater Vancouver Area.

CF Richmond Centre incorporates one level of retail GLA with a second-level dining terrace, providing Richmond with a best-in-market roster of retail tenants that include Hudson’s Bay, Apple, Sport Chek, H&M, Old Navy, Zara, Uniqlo, Muji, Aritzia, Sephora and Shoppers Drug Mart.
